Just Believe too

As promised here is the second card and gift tag we made in class last week.
We made an easel card this time using Daffodil delight and Concorde crush.

The background was printed using the large Stampin' Around wheel- 'so swirly'. This has to be one of my favourite wheels as it is so versatile. It works for Christmas and general card themes.

We had lots of layers using textured card on this one and the ladies set to with the scalloped border punch. The flower image was basically stamped and then 3 flowers in Concord crush were punched using the Boho blossoms punch. Rhinestones add a bit of sparkle.

For the greeting part of the card we scalloped some more textured Daffodil card and added a Concorde Crush border which we embossed using the Big shot and the square latticed embossing folder.

Next we stamped a frame from the four frames stamp set and punched it out with the decorative frame punch. A border was added in daffodil by cutting around the image with scissors. Finally we stamped a greeting from the set but omitted the 'just' part.

The gift tag was very basic. Just stamp the large flower stamp from the set onto whisper white and add the 'just for you' sentiment again. The corners were rounded using the corner punch. The tag shape was again cut using one of my own dies with an embossed dotty border round the edge. Add a bit of ribbon to finish.

Well that just about wraps up it up.
Thanks for visiting. I hope you like them.
